Yes. Log into your account any time before the renewal date and hit skip. No fees, no emails, no guilt.

Can I swap what’s in my box?

The Essentials and Grill Master bundles rotate on a curated schedule, but if you’d like a different flavor of brats or jerky one month, email us and we’ll handle it.

How do I cancel?

From your account page, one click. We won’t make you call anyone. We won’t make you chat with a bot. You control it.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the continental US. Boxes ship from Bemidji, MN in insulated mailers with dry ice — everything arrives cold.

When will I get charged?

You’re charged the day your box ships. For 4-week plans, that’s about every 28 days; for 2-week plans, every 14.

Is the 15% discount combinable with other offers?

The 15% is automatic on every recurring shipment. FIRSTBOX20 stacks on your very first box only — after that, you keep the 15% ongoing. Pretty good deal.
