How To Cook It

Can I choose which brat flavors go in the pack?
Yes. At checkout or by calling the shop, you can pick any seven flavors we currently make. Most people do a mix of the classics and a couple of the wild ones.
Do the snack sticks and summer sausage need to be refrigerated?
Keep them refrigerated. Our branded sticks and summer sausage are made without the heavy preservative load that keeps gas-station meat on a shelf, so the fridge is where they live. Once opened, finish the pack within a couple of weeks.
Is this a good gift?
It’s one of the best gifts we offer. People who receive it usually end up ordering again for themselves. It’s the fastest way to turn someone into a regular customer.
How much does this feed?
For a normal family doing weekend grilling, it’s 3–5 weeks of meat. For a big party or hunting camp, it’s one very happy weekend.
