The Family Griller is built for actual family cookouts — the kind where you’ve got kids, adults who want different things, and you don’t want to stand at the grill for two hours making six different meals. It’s a big, balanced mix of our best-selling brats, some of the more crowd-pleasing flavors, and enough variety that everyone finds something they like without you having to play short-order cook.

How To Cook It

Grill the brats to 160°F internal. Everything else is ready to eat or quick-heat.

Typical timing: Brats: 12–18 minutes | Sticks & sausage: ready to eat

  1. 01Fire up a medium grill. Start the brats first since they take the longest.
  2. 02While the brats cook, slice the summer sausage and lay out the sticks. Most people will start eating those immediately.
  3. 03Turn the brats regularly. When they hit 160°F, pull them and let them rest while people load their plates.
  4. 04The sticks and summer sausage can go on the grill for 2–3 minutes if you want them warm and the fat slightly rendered.
  5. 05This bundle is designed so you can feed 8–12 hungry people without running out or repeating the same thing.
