How We Pack Your Order

Every order is packed with care in an insulated box with dry ice or gel packs — chosen based on the size of your order and estimated transit time. Our packaging is designed to keep your meats at safe temperatures for the full duration of shipping.

We ship Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend delays. Orders placed after Thursday noon (CT) will ship the following Monday.

Receiving Your Order

You should be home to receive your shipment on the expected delivery date, especially during warmer months. If you can't be there, place your package in a cool shaded location (garage, covered porch) immediately upon delivery — or arrange for a neighbor to receive it.

Products arriving with dry ice should be handled with care — wear gloves and allow dry ice to dissipate in a ventilated area. Do not place dry ice in the freezer or an airtight container.

Returns & Refunds

Because we ship perishable products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or consumed items. However, we stand fully behind our quality.

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled due to a shipping error on our end, or if you receive the wrong items — contact us within 72 hours of delivery at sales@stittsworthmeats.com with a photo, and we will make it right with a full refund or replacement.

We do not offer refunds for spoilage caused by failure to promptly retrieve your package, inability to receive delivery, or extended power outages after delivery.
