What We Take Orders For

Holiday Roasts

Standing rib roast, prime rib, crown roast of pork, fresh hams, smoked hams. Place orders 2 weeks before the holiday — Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter.

Whole & Half Animals

Whole or half beef, half hog, lambs. Custom cut sheet, delivered ready to fill a freezer. Call to coordinate timing.

Party Trays & Bundles

Charcuterie trays for weddings, graduation parties, retirement parties. Mix of summer sausage, snack sticks, jerky, cheese. Build it to budget.

Special Cuts

Tomahawks, cowboy ribeyes, French-cut pork chops, butterflied loins, picanha. Tell us what you want and we’ll cut it.

Bulk Orders

Bulk ground beef, brats for a graduation party, smoked sausage for a wedding. Call ahead so we have the volume ready.

Gift Boxes

Custom-built gift boxes for clients, employees, family. Smoked sausage, sticks, jerky — the meat box that beats wine baskets.

Holiday Calendar

When to place holiday orders.

Thanksgiving: Place turkey or fresh ham orders by November 1. Standing rib roasts for the day-after-Thanksgiving crowd: same window.

Christmas & New Year: Prime rib, standing rib, fresh ham, smoked ham, crown roast — order by December 10. Smoked sausage gift boxes earlier in December.

Easter: Smoked or fresh hams, lamb roasts — order two weeks before.

Graduation season: Brats and party trays for May/June grad parties — book by April.

Wedding season: Charcuterie trays, smoked sausage for receptions — call as early as you can. We’ll plan around it.
