🍖 Recipe: Leftover Stittsworth Roast Beef Hash

A savory one-pan breakfast or dinner that transforms leftover Stittsworth Roast Beef into something crispy and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover Stittsworth Roast Beef, diced
  • 3 medium potatoes, diced small
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 3 tablespoons butter or beef fat
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or chives)

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add diced potatoes and cook for 8--10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to brown.
  3. Add onion and bell pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes until softened.
  4. Add the diced Stittsworth Roast Beef and mix well, pressing gently to create crispy edges.
  5. Cook without stirring for 5--7 minutes to develop a golden, crispy bottom.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with fresh herbs.
  7. Serve hot.

Pro Tip: Don't overcrowd the pan -- let the hash sit undisturbed so it develops those delicious crispy bits. The crust is where the flavor lives.
