🍖 Recipe: Stittsworth Holiday Charcuterie Board
A festive, elegant spread of Stittsworth cured meats, cheeses, and seasonal accoutrements perfect for holiday entertaining.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Stittsworth Smoked Ham, sliced thin
- 1/4 lb Stittsworth Summer Sausage, sliced
- 8 oz Stittsworth Pepperoni, sliced
- 8 oz assorted cheeses (cheddar, brie, blue)
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup candied pecans
- Crusty bread or water crackers
- Whole grain mustard
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Arrange the Stittsworth meats on a large wooden board or platter, folding and layering for visual interest.
- Cut cheeses into bite-sized pieces and arrange in small clusters.
- Fill gaps with fresh cranberries, candied pecans, and fresh rosemary sprigs.
- Place bread and crackers in small stacks around the board.
- Add a small ramekin of mustard for dipping.
- Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
Pro Tip: Assemble your board no more than 2 hours before serving. The Stittsworth cured meats taste best when they come to room temperature, which also allows their natural flavors to fully develop.
