Shipping policy

How We Ship

Tuesday ship day. All frozen orders ship on Tuesdays from Bemidji, MN with 2-day guaranteed transit. One pack-out and one carrier pickup per week is how we keep the cold chain honest — your meat arrives frozen or refrigerator-cold. Orders placed after the Monday cutoff ship the following Tuesday. If a Tuesday falls on a holiday, orders ship the next Tuesday.

Free shipping over $125. Orders of $125 or more ship free. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout and reflects real packaging costs: every box is an insulated shipper packed with dry ice sized to the load (dry ice runs $2–$3 per pound and the insulated shippers about $20 — that's why free shipping starts at $125).

On arrival. Get your box into the freezer or refrigerator promptly. Product that arrives cold to the touch (like it came from a refrigerator) is safe — that's normal for 2-day cold-chain shipping.

Order Accuracy & Address Policy

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements and to make corrections if an error occurs. Please check all shipping addresses carefully. As we are shipping perishable goods we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if our delivery service has to reroute the package. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided; which are confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

These restrictions may include orders placed by the same StittsworthMeats.com Site account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
