Beef harvested right where it was raised and now hanging in our cooler. Jeff runs the trailer seven days a week, anywhere within 60 miles, and there are plenty of open days on the calendar.

Mix and match — two hogs and a beef on one stop still gets everybody the two-or-more rate. Down / non-ambulatory animal adds $50 a head.

Then, at the plant

$1.50/miMileage, one way — we drive to you. No base fee, one charge per stop. We travel 60 miles.

$0.90/lbCut & wrap on hanging weight. Grinding, wrapping, labeling — all in the ninety cents.

+$1.00/lbVacuum sealing, if you want it. Sticks, jerky & brats from the trim at wild game pricing.

$810 puts a beef in your freezer.

One beef, twenty miles out, hanging at 700 pounds: harvest $150, mileage $30, cut and wrap $630 — and 420 to 455 pounds of cut, wrapped, labeled beef. Under $2 a pound. A hog the same distance runs about $237.

Already hanging? No harvest fee.

We run seven days a week, and each direction out of the plant gets its own week of the month. Six head a day, first come first served — Jeff confirms your spot when he calls. The calendar shows every day we're already headed your way, a full year out.

3Your animals

How many head are we coming for? Then pick beef, hog, lamb or goat for each one, how it's split up, and a cut sheet for every side or quarter.

Want snack sticks, jerky or brats out of the trim? Note it on the cut sheet — it's priced per pound at our wild game processing rates (jerky $5.50/lb, brats $5.00/lb, sticks $6.00/lb, bulk sausage $3.00/lb).

Custom exempt

Custom exempt. Meat harvested and processed under the custom exemption (9 CFR 303.1) is returned to the owner for use by the owner, their household, and non-paying guests. It is stamped NOT FOR SALE. You own the animal before the trailer arrives — if a side or quarter belongs to a neighbor, they buy their share of the live animal from you, not the meat.

Custom-exempt harvest, not USDA-inspected. Meat goes back to the animal's owner and can't be sold. Selling shares? Sell the live animal before harvest.
