One mileage charge for the trip, not per animal.

No separate grinding charge, no wrapping charge, no labeling charge. It is all in the ninety cents.

2Pick your trailer day

We run seven days a week, and each direction out of the plant gets its own week of the month. Six head a day, first come first served — Jeff confirms your spot when he calls. The days below are the ones we're already headed your way.

How many head are we coming for? Then pick beef or hog for each one, how it's split up, and a cut sheet for every side or quarter.

Want snack sticks, jerky or brats out of the trim? Note it on the cut sheet — it's priced per pound at our wild game processing rates (jerky $5.50/lb, brats $5.00/lb, sticks $6.00/lb, bulk sausage $3.00/lb).

USDA custom exempt. Meat harvested and processed under the custom exemption (9 CFR 303.1) is returned to the owner for use by the owner, their household, and non-paying guests. It is stamped NOT FOR SALE. You own the animal before the trailer arrives — if a side or quarter belongs to a neighbor, they buy their share of the live animal from you, not the meat.
