Hand-pattied steakhouse-seasoned burgers from Stittsworth Meats. 100% whole-muscle beef, all-natural. 2-pack, 1/3 lb each. 1-year frozen shelf life. Minnesota-grown.
We use a unique "Hand-Pattied" technique — the ground beef is squeezed into shape rather than pressed in a metal plate, which creates the ultimate burger texture without the rubbery feel of pressed patties. Our special packaging film lets the meat bloom into a vibrant color naturally, with no gases or solutions — that's how we keep our All-Natural certification.

How does my order ship?
Every order leaves our Bemidji, Minnesota shop packed frozen and cold-packed for the trip — nothing is pulled from a distant warehouse.
How soon does my order leave the shop?
Frozen orders ship on Tuesdays from Bemidji. Order by Monday to make that week’s shipment; orders placed after the Monday cutoff ship the following Tuesday.
Is this smoked or cooked?
No. This is raw, fresh-cut meat — not smoked or cooked. It ships frozen and must be fully cooked before eating.
Is it USDA inspected?
Yes. Everything we sell is USDA inspected. Our fresh cuts are cut to order by our own butchers in Bemidji, Minnesota.
